What You'll Do: Assist in leading daily culinary operations and event execution Supervise, train, and inspire the culinary leaders of the future Work side-by-side with an incredible culinary team and the company's Culinary Executive Officer Ensure exceptional food quality, presentation, and consistency Support menu development and culinary innovation Manage food production, inventory, and quality controls Maintain the highest standards of sanitation, safety, and professionalism Help execute memorable events that leave lasting impressions on our clients and guests What We're Looking For: Strong culinary and leadership experience Catering, banquet, hotel, restaurant, or high-volume event experience preferred Excellent organizational and communication skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Passion for hospitality and culinary excellence A positive attitude and team-first mindset Most Important: We're looking for someone who is humble, coachable, eager to learn, and committed to continuous growth.
