Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree with 0+ years of experience, OR
• Associate degree with 2+ years of relevant experience, OR
• High School Diploma/GED with 4+ years of relevant experience
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Good communication and teamwork skills

Responsibilities:

• Support manufacturing and production processes
• Assist with process improvement initiatives
• Troubleshoot manufacturing issues and implement solutions
• Prepare and maintain documentation and reports
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency and quality
