Manufacturing Engineer - Sealer Automation (Fanuc Robotics)

Seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineer to support and optimize automated sealer processes in a high-volume manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Fanuc robotics , automated sealing equipment, process improvement, troubleshooting, and equipment launches.

Responsibilities

• Support automated sealer and adhesive application processes.
• Troubleshoot Fanuc robotic equipment and manufacturing issues.
• Optimize process performance, quality, and cycle time.
• Support equipment commissioning, startup, and production launches.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Partner with production, maintenance, controls, and quality teams.
• Develop process documentation and standard work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• 5+ years of manufacturing engineering experience.
• Experience with Fanuc robotics and automated sealer/dispensing systems.
• Automotive or high-volume manufacturing experience preferred.
• Knowledge of process improvement, equipment troubleshooting, and manufacturing launches.
