Sr. Compensation Analyst

Job Description This Sr. Compensation Analyst will be responsible for compensation analysis, market pricing, salary benchmarking, job evaluation, and supporting compensation programs that help attract and retain talent while maintaining market competitiveness and internal equity. The ideal candidate will have a strong Compensation or Total Rewards background, advanced Excel skills, experience working with large datasets, and the ability to provide consultative compensation recommendations to HR and business leaders. This role is highly analytical and requires strong stakeholder partnership, reporting, and compensation planning experience.
