Key Responsibilities of the RN - Med Surg - Travel

• Provide comprehensive care to general medical and surgical patients
• Efficiently manage a 5:1 patient ratio in a 10-bed unit
• Facilitate patient admissions and discharges in a rapid turnover environment
• Communicate clearly with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation

Requirements of the RN - Med Surg - Travel

• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Medical-Surgical specialty
• Active Nursys license verification
• Complete and up-to-date work history with no gaps greater than 60 days
• Skills checklist, references, and certification card
