Legal Assistant/Office Manager

Job Description

  • Manage the attorney's calendar, appointments, deadlines, and client meetings.
  • Prepare, review, and organize legal documents, correspondence, contracts, and closing packages.
  • Coordinate residential and commercial real estate transactions with clients, lenders, title companies, and other professionals.
  • Assist with business entity formations, corporate filings, and general business law matters.
  • Maintain electronic and physical client files with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Communicate professionally with clients, courts, municipalities, lenders, and other third parties.
  • Answer phones, greet clients, and provide outstanding customer service.
  • Oversee day-to-day office operations, supplies, and administrative processes.
  • Assist with billing, invoicing, and other administrative responsibilities.
  • Track deadlines and ensure matters move forward efficiently.
