Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver proactive support to small groups and grade levels, using data to guide interventions.
• Design and facilitate lessons for individuals, small groups, or entire grade levels tailored to current social-emotional needs.
• Provide individual and group counseling to address a spectrum of student concerns.
• Respond swiftly and effectively to crisis situations, supporting students and staff as needed.
• Participate in collaborative problem-solving with educators and administration to strengthen student supports.
• Access supervision to work toward your LCSW if you hold an LMSW, enhancing your growth and credentials in the field.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Current LMSW (Licensed Master Social Worker) required; supervision available for LCSW progression.
• Experience with school-aged children and familiarity with the unique needs of an elementary school setting.
• Strong skills in group facilitation, data-informed intervention, and crisis response.
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
• Commitment to working collaboratively within a school framework and adapting support based on student data.
• Availability to work a 35-hour week during the academic calendar through May 28th, 2027.
