HR Recruiting Coordinator - Woburn, MA
We are seeking candidates for a Recruiting Coordinator position with a leading telecommunications company based in Woburn, MA. This role will support the Human Resources team and play a key part in the company’s talent acquisition efforts by coordinating recruiting activities and assisting with the onboarding of both internal and external hires. The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience within a professional environment.
This is a 6+ month contract position that will pay $30-31/hour (depending on experience) within a 40-hour workweek. This position offers a hybrid work model in Woburn, MA.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate all aspects of interview scheduling, including phone, video, and onsite interviews, as well as hiring team meetings and debrief sessions.
Partner with the TA Program Manager to support campus recruiting initiatives, including career fairs, networking events, internships, and entry-level hiring efforts.
Assist with the planning and execution of the summer internship program in collaboration with business leaders and HR Business Partners.
Manage candidate communications, including interview confirmations, scheduling updates, and status follow-ups via phone and email.
Maintain and update job descriptions, compensation information, and recruiting data within internal systems.
Support the TA Operations Manager with employee referral programs, recruitment marketing initiatives, vendor coordination, and budget tracking.
Provide recruiting support to Recruiters and Senior Recruiters, including resume review, candidate prescreens, and hiring recommendations.
Process invoices and purchase orders related to Talent Acquisition and HR activities, including agency fees, candidate travel, and training expenses.
Prepare and maintain recurring and ad hoc Talent Acquisition reports and analytics.
Facilitate new hire orientation and contribute to a positive onboarding experience for incoming employees.
Coordinate internal recruiting efforts to ensure a seamless and professional candidate experience for internal applicants.
Assist with additional Talent Acquisition and HR projects and initiatives as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience required.
1–2 years of talent acquisition, recruiting, or recruiting coordination experience preferred.
Prior experience supporting recruiting efforts across multiple business functions or departments is highly preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally across all levels of an organization.
Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and build effective working relationships with internal stakeholders.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
