HR Generalist & Field Talent Recruiter - High-Volume Hiring

Hornblower Group seeks an HR Generalist in Boston, MA to support daily HR operations. The role includes recruiting talent, processing onboarding and offboarding, and addressing employee relations matters. Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in HR, strong organizational skills, and familiarity with HRIS platforms. An Associate or bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field is preferred.
