HR Recruiter (TEMPORARY, Full-Time)

One of our clients* is looking to add to their HR team, and they want someone who has a solid foundation of recruiting/talent acquisition and would be interested in supporting other areas within Human Resources!
We are seeking a HR Coordinator/Recruiter to partner with HR leadership in managing full-cycle recruitment while also supporting broader HR initiatives. Manage full-cycle recruitment for employees, contractors, and interns
Partner with hiring managers to ensure an efficient and positive candidate experience
Develop sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job boards, and other channels
Serve as a liaison to external staffing agencies
Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including HRIS updates and coordination
Track recruiting metrics and help improve hiring processes
Assist with additional HR initiatives, including employment verifications, events, and ad hoc projects
3+ years of recruiting or HR experience (recruiting required)
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
