Job Summary
The Nashville General Hospital Foundation Executive Director will be an inspiring, results oriented individual responsible for fundraising, community engagement, and strategic growth efforts in support of one of middle Tennessee’s most vital healthcare institutions.
Reporting to the Foundation board this will be a highly visible role cultivating major donors, strengthening community partnerships, engaging board members, and working closely with hospital executives.

Qualifications
7+ years of leadership experience (preferred healthcare, philanthropy, foundation)
Proven success in securing major gifts and developing fundraising strategies

Experience working with boards, donors, and community leaders
