About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief Content & Experience Officer to spearhead the strategic vision and integration of membership, content, publications, professional development, and events. This executive leader will be responsible for setting the direction of how the organization delivers value, deepens relationships, and serves its member and field community. The role involves overseeing a diverse portfolio that connects educators, leaders, and organizations with the learning, content, and recognition they need to advance high-quality early childhood education. The successful candidate will be tasked with building and growing professional development, leading the evolution of the conference strategy, and ensuring that the content and membership functions align with the company's mission and values. Candidates for the Chief Content & Experience Officer position at the company should have a minimum of 12-15 years' progressive leadership experience in content and publishing, professional learning, event management, and member engagement. A proven track record in building and scaling professional learning programs, membership, and content portfolios within a mission-driven organization is essential. The role requires deep expertise in adult learning, competency-based design, and experience in the early childhood education field. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, adept at integrating diverse portfolios into a cohesive member experience, and will have a leadership style that drives measurable results and fosters a culture of innovation and problem-solving.
