We’re hiring a Talent Sourcing Specialist to support our recruitment team by identifying, engaging, and building pipelines of qualified candidates. • Post job openings across job boards and sourcing platforms
• Identify and source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and online channels
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future roles
• Conduct initial screening to assess basic qualifications and fit
• Reach out to candidates through messages and email
• Work closely with recruiters to understand hiring needs
• Track sourcing activity and maintain accurate candidate records

Qualifications

• Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)
• Strong research and internet navigation skills
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Comfortable working with targets and deadlines
• Willing to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

• Internship or exposure to recruitment or sourcing (Nice to Have)
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, OnlineJobs, or job platforms (Nice to Have)
• Basic knowledge of Boolean search or sourcing techniques (Nice to Have)
