JOB SUMMARY

Our Warehouse Associate’s are cross trained to perform a variety of functions in various departments within our distribution center which is located in Hamilton, MO. Those departments include Replenish, Fabric Cutting and/or Shipping. You may start your career with us within the Shipping department (based on work demand) and then move to another part of the warehouse to gain additional skills, knowledge and experience.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Restock, replenish, and move inventory correctly Fill orders through fabric cutting at satisfactory levels of productivity keeping safety and quality in mind at all times Rotate and help support the Eastman automated cutting machine to cut fabric into parts according to specifications Shipping at satisfactory levels of productivity keeping safety and quality in mind at all times Develop the ability to receive incoming shipments Lend assistance in the Quilting department (e.g. trimming, staging, binding, checking in quilts, shipping quilts) during peak periods Maintain regular and acceptable attendance as set by the company and comply with dress code requirements Perform general warehouse duties as needed and overtime may be required during peak periods

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
