We are currently seeking an Junior E-Commerce Account Manager to manage assigned marketplace channel with accounts like Target, Home Depot, Lowes and Ashley Furniture sales channels to help our business grow. Our brand focuses on decorative furniture. This role is in office. Primary Job Duties and Responsibilities: Maintain product catalog. Manage and create product listings (content and keywords), inventory, pricing, and promotional activities on assigned marketplace platform to achieve sales and margin goals. Responsible for content writing of item descriptions. Resolve customer issues in a timely manner to maintain high customer rating and satisfaction as a seller on all third-party marketplace platforms. Define and manage multiple marketplace channel pricing to minimize price conflict. Other duties as assigned. Minimum Requirements & Preferred Attributes: 1 year of marketplace experience, preferably in Outdoor Furniture or Furniture. Excellent oral and written communication skills, required. Goal-oriented and success-driven. Highly self-motivated with a will to learn and train. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) Familiar with Google analytics. Familiar with Pay-Per-Click marketing. Demonstrate ability to execute results against strategy and meet critical deadlines. Excellent writing and grammar skills.
