Joining a collaborative team remotely, the full-time Senior Multimedia Content Producer will manage the execution of storytelling content focused on growth outcomes, ensuring quality and engagement across various formats. Key responsibilities Own the prep-to-publish workflows, ensuring clear communication with stakeholders and maintaining quality outcomes Manage on-set duties, collaborating with hosts, talent, and producers to drive each content piece towards its narrative and results Build and maintain a guest pipeline, uncovering stories that resonate with the audience while benchmarking fit through engagement metrics Required qualifications Proven experience in growth-oriented storytelling for video and audio, with a preference for YouTube experience Strong understanding of organic growth metrics and their impact on reach, retention, and conversion Excellent editorial judgment with the ability to extract compelling stories and craft engaging interview structures Ability to influence outcomes on set and provide clear direction to hosts and producers Comfortable working with AI tools and a commitment to continuous learning in evolving technologies
