In this role, you will:* Design and deliver innovative solutions for wastewater treatment and conveyance projects.* Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams of engineers, designers, and technical professionals.* Partner with experienced project managers to strengthen client relationships and ensure successful project outcomes.* This position is available to candidates currently living in or willing to relocate to New Richmond, WI; Chippewa Falls, WI; or Rice Lake, WI.**Essential Qualifications:*** Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related discipline.* Hands-on experience in design and construction of municipal, state, federal, or industrial wastewater treatment projects.* Strong understanding of wastewater treatment systems, equipment, and applicable regulations.**Preferred Qualifications:*** 5+ years of experience in designing or managing wastewater treatment or conveyance projects.* Familiarity with regional wastewater issues and municipal government clients.* Experience with multi-discipline infrastructure projects.* Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality results.**Who We Are**Better Places.
