Food Services Worker St. Helena, CA Specialty: Other Position Type: Travel Contract Length: 13 weeks Pay: $837 - $1008 | Shift: 5x8 Days Are you passionate about creating delicious meals that bring comfort and joy to others? Do you thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment where teamwork and precision are key? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our healthcare partner's food services team. As a Food Services Worker, you will play a vital role in preparing and serving meals in a hospital setting. Your culinary skills and attention to detail will ensure that patients receive nutritious and appetizing meals, contributing to their overall well-being and recovery. This position requires flexibility with variable days of the week and the ability to work both AM and PM shifts.
- Prepare and cook meals according to the "Room Service Model" and hospital standards
- Ensure food safety and sanitation procedures are followed at all times
- Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality meals efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Need 3-5 years of experience in line cooking or short order cooking
- Hospital experience preferred
- High school diploma preferred
- ServSafe or food handler certificate preferred
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
