Tier 3 Escalation Support Specialist

Gopuff is seeking a Support Specialist (Tier 3) to resolve the organization’s most complex issues across Customer, Driver, and Acquisition Support. You will own escalations, conduct investigations, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure clear resolutions for customers and drivers. As part of the Tier 3 team, you will take end-to-end ownership of issues, applying sound judgment when policies do not address the situation and collaborating with leadership for sensitive cases. #J-18808-Ljbffr Medium
