• 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM or 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• First 30 days: On-site 5 days per week in Charlotte
• After first 30 days: Hybrid schedule with 3 days per week on-site

About the Role

As a Business Execution Consultant , you will help improve operational efficiency by identifying opportunities to simplify processes, automate workflows, and build scalable low-code solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.

You will partner with business stakeholders to understand operational challenges, gather requirements, and translate business needs into practical technology solutions. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong business-process knowledge with hands-on Power Apps and Power Automate development experience.
What You'll Do
Process Improvement and Business Operations

• Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for automation, standardization, and efficiency improvements.
• Partner with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, workflows, pain points, and desired outcomes.
• Lead process-improvement initiatives that reduce manual work, strengthen controls, and improve the user experience.
• Develop and maintain operational metrics, reporting, and performance dashboards.
• Apply analytical and problem-solving skills to identify root causes and recommend practical solutions.

Power Platform Development

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and support solutions using Microsoft Power Apps , including Canvas and Model-Driven applications.
• Build automated workflows and approval processes using Power Automate .
• Integrate applications with enterprise data sources such as SharePoint, Dataverse, Excel, and SQL.
• Develop and maintain application forms, screens, business rules, notifications, and workflow logic.
• Implement appropriate data validation, exception handling, and governance controls.
• Troubleshoot application and workflow issues and support continuous improvements.

Solution Delivery and Governance

• Translate business requirements into scalable, effective technical solutions.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, testing, and solution demonstrations.
• Create and maintain business requirements, solution documentation, and support procedures.
• Ensure solutions align with applicable enterprise security, governance, and compliance requirements.
• Provide end-user training and support to encourage successful adoption of new tools and processes.
• Communicate effectively with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders throughout the solution lifecycle.

Minimum Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on Microsoft Power Apps development experience.
• 2+ years of experience in business processes, operations, process management, or operational excellence.
• Hands-on experience developing applications with Power Apps.
• Experience building workflows and automations using Power Automate.
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into technical solutions.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to actively listen to stakeholders and understand business needs.
• Ability to work on-site in Charlotte, NC, five days per week for the first 30 days and three days per week thereafter.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience developing both Canvas and Model-Driven Power Apps.
• Experience working with SharePoint, Dataverse, Excel, SQL, or other enterprise data sources.
• Experience in financial services, regulatory operations, information management, risk, compliance, or enterprise content management.
• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or SAFe methodologies.
• Experience creating reports and dashboards using Power BI.
• Familiarity with Power Fx, APIs, or custom connectors.
• Experience supporting enterprise-scale workflow automation or digital transformation initiatives.
• Lean Six Sigma, PMP, Agile, or Microsoft Power Platform certification.
