About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Execution Consultant to support business initiatives within a commercial lending environment. In this role, you will collaborate with business partners and stakeholders to translate business needs into clear requirements and actionable user stories.

The ideal candidate brings strong Agile experience, requirements-gathering skills, and stakeholder management capabilities . Experience in commercial lending, collateral management, or collateral perfection is highly preferred.
Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, document, and validate business requirements.
• Write clear, well-defined user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements within an Agile environment.
• Participate in moderately complex business execution initiatives and contribute to larger-scale planning and implementation efforts.
• Analyze business challenges, processes, and requirements to identify opportunities, risks, dependencies, and potential solutions.
• Facilitate discussions with business partners, product teams, technology teams, and other stakeholders to clarify requirements and maintain alignment.
• Support the resolution of moderately complex business and implementation issues.
• Apply knowledge of business processes, policies, procedures, controls, and compliance requirements when developing solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the project or product lifecycle.
• Support initiatives related to commercial lending and collateral management , including collateral perfection processes where applicable.
• Contribute to successful delivery by ensuring requirements are complete, understood, and aligned with business objectives.

Minimum Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Business Execution, Business Analysis, Implementation, Strategic Planning, or a related discipline.
• Equivalent experience may be demonstrated through a combination of professional experience, consulting, education, training, or military experience.
• Experience working in an Agile environment .
• Demonstrated experience with requirements gathering and analysis .
• Experience developing user stories and acceptance criteria .
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work effectively with business and technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within commercial lending or commercial banking .
• Knowledge of collateral management processes.
• Exposure to collateral perfection , secured lending, or related lending operations.
• Experience supporting complex business or technology transformation initiatives.
• Ability to translate business needs into concise, actionable requirements for delivery teams.

You will be comfortable working across business and technology teams while bringing an understanding of commercial lending processes and controls.
