Job Summary
Registered Nurse (RN) Clinic Pagosa Springs, Colorado. This traveler position within a primary care outpatient clinic involves collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care. The RN will perform patient assessments, triage, medication administration, and care coordination to ensure an exceptional patient experience in a fast-paced outpatient environment.

Job Details

• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 10-hour day shifts, 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Valid Colorado RN license or active compact RN license in good standing; AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; Minimum of 2 years of recent clinical nursing experience; Cerner electronic health record (EMR) experience required; Strong assessment, triage, patient education, and care coordination skills; Ability to work independently in a fast-paced outpatient clinic environment.
• Preferred Qualifications: Previous Rural Health Clinic, Family Practice, Internal Medicine, or Primary Care experience; Immunizations, medication administration, and nursing triage experience; CLIA-waived laboratory testing experience; Support for quality initiatives and patient engagement programs.
• Additional Information: Position starts ASAP, with a 13-week contract length and extension opportunity. There are no weekend, holiday, or call requirements. The clinic operates Monday through Friday with flexible start days, and the facility uses Cerner EMR.
