Business Development Manager

NSC has a fantastic opportunity for a qualified Business Development Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with customers and overseeing sales. As a BDM, you should work to satisfy customers’ needs and requests, respond to their queries in a timely manner and aspire to deliver a positive customer experience. You should have excellent communication and negotiation skills and be customer service oriented. Ultimately, you should be able to grow our business by building successful, long-term client relationships. Work location : Phoenix, AZ Business Development Manager Essential Job Functions / Requirements Managing a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success Developing positive relationships and handling customers’ needs Generating new sales using existing and potential customer networks Experience in full life-cycle recruiting including client relations, sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessing, job analysis, offers, closing and relationship management Develop contacts and relations with new client companies, resulting in new job order assignments Report on the status of accounts Monitor sales metrics Skilled trades knowledge in construction and/or industrial Utilize creative marketing and sourcing strategies and techniques to attract key talent Ability to cold call client companies and candidates and generate interest Excellent project management, organizational, writing, and oral communication skills Must be able to prioritize, multitask and manage deadlines Benefits Medical, Dental and Vision Direct Deposit or Global Cash Card Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Training and Career Growth Opportunities The chance to be a part of an amazing team!
