What You'll Do

As a Clinical Service Representative, you will play a key role in supporting both patients and the clinical team by:

• Greeting patients and visitors with professionalism and compassion.
• Completing patient registration, check-in, and check-out processes accurately.
• Performing pre-registration and insurance verification.
• Collecting co-pays and other patient payments while discussing general financial responsibilities.
• Assisting patients with billing-related questions and connecting them with the Corporate Business Office Customer Service Center when appropriate.
• Reconciling patient charts and ensuring complete and accurate documentation.
• Supporting patient discharge activities and maintaining accurate electronic medical records.
• Providing excellent customer service to patients, providers, and fellow team members.
• Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to all organizational policies and procedures.
• Contributing to a positive, collaborative team environment focused on service excellence.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Basic computer proficiency, including email, navigating software applications, and keyboarding.
• Ability to perform basic calculations and accurately complete forms.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions.
• Dependable, punctual, and committed to providing outstanding customer service.
• Ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds and all age groups.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Successful completion of annual competency requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a medical office, outpatient clinic, or healthcare environment.
• Experience with patient registration, insurance verification, scheduling, or electronic medical records.
