Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist
Seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist to join an anesthesiology team offering a dynamic practice environment. Provide comprehensive anesthesia care for patients in an inpatient setting as well as across multiple clinic locations. Conduct preoperative assessments, including reviewing medical history, evaluating patient risk factors, and preparing anesthesia plans. Develop and implement individualized anesthesia care plans in collaboration with anesthesiologists and surgical teams. Administer anesthesia during surgical, diagnostic, and therapeutic procedures, ensuring patient safety and comfort. Monitor and manage patients intraoperatively, including vital signs, anesthesia depth, and response to interventions. Manage post-anesthesia recovery, pain control, and immediate postoperative care. Participate in a rotating schedule, including full-time day shifts, on-call coverage, and weekends. Travel to multiple locations as required to provide anesthesia services. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic medical records, ensuring compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards. Support the department in staffing coverage needs, particularly during periods of shortage. Engage in ongoing professional development and maintain required certifications. Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare providers, to ensure high-quality patient care.
