What You'll Do

• Provide anesthesia care in inpatient and outpatient settings across multiple locations
• Conduct preoperative assessments and develop anesthesia care plans
• Administer anesthesia during surgical, diagnostic, and therapeutic procedures
• Monitor patients intraoperatively, adjusting anesthesia as needed
• Manage post-anesthesia recovery and pain control
• Document all care accurately in EPIC EMR, ensuring compliance
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including surgeons and nurses
• Support staffing needs during shortages and participate in on-call rotations
• Engage in ongoing professional development to maintain certifications

What You Need

• Current RN license and CRNA certification
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• NBCRNA certification (or eligibility)
• 1+ years of CRNA experience (not accepting new grads)
• Strong clinical and communication skills
