Maintenance Manager

Job Description Job Description Legacy Talent Search is currently seeking candidates for a Maintenance Manager role in Ponca City, OK. Key Responsibilities:
· Oversee and manage all maintenance operations, including preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs.· Lead, train, and supervise maintenance technicians to ensure high performance and adherence to safety standards.· Develop and implement maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and maximize equipment reliability.· Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues in a timely and efficient manner.· Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.· Manage maintenance budgets, inventory of spare parts, and procurement of tools and equipment.· Collaborate with production and operations teams to support continuous improvement initiatives.· Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment performance.· Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for specialized repairs and services.· Identify opportunities to improve equipment efficiency, reduce costs, and extend asset lifespan.

Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.· 5+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.· Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.· Proven leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.· Experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) preferred.· Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.· Strong communication and team collaboration skills.· Commitment to workplace safety and regulatory compliance.
