In this role, you'll be responsible for a variety of receptionist and clerical duties, including scheduling appointments, collecting payments, and maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records. You'll also have the opportunity to work closely with our providers and support teams to ensure that our clients receive the highest level of care.**Key Responsibilities:*** Provide exceptional customer service to all clients, staff, and leadership team members* Represent Burrell Behavioral Health in a professional, collaborative, and respectful manner* Schedule and reschedule client appointments as needed* Complete client intake paperwork accurately and efficiently* Collect client cost shares for appointments* Work with providers to manage cancellation lists and reschedules* Maintain and update provider cancellation lists* Accurately complete daily deposit logs* Scan documents into client charts**Qualifications:*** A high school diploma or equivalent* Previous customer service experience (preferred)* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite* Strong computer skills* Excellent typing skills* Exceptional organizational skills**What we offer:**As a behavioral and community mental health provider, we prioritize fostering a culture of belonging and connection within our workforce.
