As a Kitchen Manager / Sous Chef, you will play a vital role in overseeing kitchen operations, ensuring food quality, and leading a passionate team of culinary professionals. You will be involved in menu planning, inventory management, and maintaining the highest standards of food safety and hygiene, contributing directly to our mission of delivering exceptional dining experiences. Responsibilities
- Assist in menu development and recipe creation
- Supervise kitchen staff and ensure efficient workflow
- Maintain food safety and sanitation standards
- Manage inventory and control food costs

- Collaborate with front-of-house staff for seamless service

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; culinary school diploma is a plus
