Exec Sous Chef

Description The Hilton Columbus Polaris, located in the vibrant Polaris Fashion Place District, is currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Executive Sous Chef to assist our Executive Chef in managing all aspects of the Food and Beverage department. This includes overseeing our restaurant and bar, 17 Arrows Craft Kitchen and Bar, any banquet functions during your shift and our Executive Lounge. Must have at least 2-3 years experience in a scratch kitchen as a Sous Chef or in a supervisory role. This vital position would assist the Executive Chef in all aspects of managing the kitchen and kitchen personnel, ensuring the quality preparation of all menu items and proper handling/storage of all food items in accordance with standards. This position would also assist in coordinating the purchase of all food and develop menus, maintaining approved food costs and labor costs. The ideal candidate will have open availability. You will be working with our culinary, restaurant, and catering teams to achieve Conrad Hilton's vision of spreading the light and warmth of hospitality. Does this sound like you?
