• Shift: Day shift, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM; overnight call from home (8-10 hours)
• Hours per Week: 40 hours

• Licensure/Certs: Minnesota License or IMLC, Board Certification in Oncology and Hematology
• Experience: Proven experience in inpatient medical oncology and hematology consults

What You'll Do:

• Lead inpatient medical oncology services, supervising advanced practice providers and managing new consults
• Provide specialized care for oncology and hematology patients, including malignant and benign cases
• Conduct inpatient rounds and ensure same-day documentation for all encounters
• Manage outpatient care with documentation within three days, supporting hematology and oncology clinics
• Respond to medical calls from home during overnight shifts, with minimal call volume
• Support hospital privileges at United Hospital, Abbott Northwestern, and Mercy Hospital
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care

What You Need:

• Minnesota medical license or IMLC
• Board certification in Oncology and Hematology
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in inpatient medical oncology
• Comfortable managing inpatient malignant and hematology cases
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
