Prime Staffing is seeking a qualified provider for an exciting assignment.

MN LICENSE -OR- IMLC ONLY

Need ASAP start. Credentialing 90 days

Board Certs Required: Oncology and Hematology

Will need to have privileges at United Hospital, Abbott Northwestern and Mercy Hospital

Patients per day: 20-25

Special procedures: Malignant and Benign oncology

-Skills required: Medical Oncology- must have experience/comfort level inpatient malignant medical oncology patients and all ranges of hematology consults

-Practice Setting: Hospital inpatient service

Support Staff: 1 APP M-F, 1 on the weekend to round (will help with which ever service is busier)

call expectations- 8-10 hour days inpatient team, overnight call done from home, only medical oncology specific calls. a week at a time.

Monday 8am to following Monday 8am, flexible

role expectations- lead medical oncology team, supervising Advanced practice providers, seeing inpatient, all new consults

schedule expectations:

inpatient service- same day documentation is expected

outpatient service- same day documentation is expected, 3 days max.

outpatient- coverage same for hematology and medical oncology

8am-5pm schedule, no call coverage with outpatient, can be an option to assist with coverage. overnight call from home

nurse triage service and hospitalist available, number of calls minimal
