Superintendent – Ground-Up Construction | Morristown, NJ Looking for a Superintendent to take full ownership of field operations across industrial and commercial construction projects. This opportunity is with a nationally recognized design-build contractor known for delivering complex projects and maintaining a strong backlog. What You’ll Be Doing Lead day-to-day field operations from groundbreaking through closeout. Manage subcontractors, site logistics, safety, quality, and scheduling. Coordinate closely with Project Managers, ownership, and design teams. Drive production, maintain project schedules, and keep work moving efficiently. Conduct site meetings and ensure work is executed according to plans and specifications. Proactively identify and resolve field issues before they impact schedule or budget. What They’re Looking For 5–10+ years of Superintendent experience in ground-up construction. Strong background in industrial, warehouse, distribution, or commercial projects. Proven ability to run projects independently in the field. Strong scheduling, coordination, and subcontractor management skills. Safety-focused leader with excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
