Commercial Operations Manager

Aralon is seeking a highly organized, execution-driven individual to help manage operations across a diverse portfolio of commercial assets. This role requires strong organizational skills, clear communication, and consistent follow-through across multiple projects, properties, and stakeholders. Reporting directly to senior management / ownership, this is a hands‑on role focused on streamlining operations and management. The Commercial Operations Manager communicates with the accounting team to make sure all asset expenses are captured. This role is both in the office and on‑site locations, as necessary. Must live in San Francisco or the surrounding area. Responsibilities Serve as a primary point of contact for all operational matters Coordinate access, schedule, and communication with external stakeholders and vendors Review contracts and Lease Abstracts Troubleshoot and coordinate all work with vendors, subcontractors, and internal maintenance teams Solicit and review vendor bids, evaluate scopes of work, and assist with vendor selection Providing information and context to accounting team.
