Base Pay $40,914.00 - $61,372.00 / Year Employee Type FT Non-Exempt Required Degree High school Description Job Description: The Behavioral Health Coordinator (BHC) provides administrative, care coordination, and patient support services essential to the mission of Community Health Alliance (CHA) and the Behavioral Health Department. The BHC works collaboratively with Behavioral Health Providers (BHPs), clinical staff, and other departments to ensure the delivery of compassionate, high-quality, affordable health care services that improve the quality of life for all communities served. The BHC maintains an individual caseload of behavioral health patients and supports scheduling, care planning, resource connection, and data tracking. The position plays a critical role in promoting culturally and linguistically appropriate services and supporting vulnerable populations through education, outreach, and coordination of care. All duties are performed in a manner that promotes teamwork and reflects CHA's mission, values, and philosophy. Requirements Education and Experience Two to three years of experience in a department coordinator, clinical administrative assistant, or similar healthcare support role required Fluency in English required; bilingual English/Spanish (verbal and written) strongly preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
