Application Support Analyst

Supporting assigned NAVSUP Business Systems Center supply and logistics applications, the full-time salaried Application Support Analyst will provide customer-facing application support, investigate data issues using SQL, and ensure effective communication with users while working remotely. Key responsibilities Provide professional customer support by clarifying, researching, and resolving incidents and service requests while communicating status updates to users Create and execute SQL queries to investigate data issues and perform authorized data corrections within established procedures Document work in the Government-designated ticketing system and coordinate with technical teams to address application problems and outages Required qualifications Associate or bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, data management, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience At least 3 years of experience providing customer-facing support for business applications and troubleshooting issues Hands-on SQL experience, including creating SELECT queries and performing controlled data corrections Ability to read and analyze stored procedures, views, and schemas to identify potential data issues Current Security+ CE certification at the time of hire to meet DoD 8570.01-M IAT Level II requirements
