We are conducting a confidential search for a CFO / Business & Operations Leader to act as the top financial and operational executive for a professional services firm.

This role goes beyond traditional finance - it's for a leader who enjoys being the "glue" of the organization.

Financial leadership: reporting, forecasting, cash management, and controls
Operational leadership: overseeing backoffice functions and business operations
Strategic partnership with ownership/partners on growth, efficiency, and risk
Translating financial data into actionable business decisions
Supporting a peoplecentric, professional services culture

Ideal Profile

CFO, Head of Finance, or senior Controller experience within professional services
Demonstrated success leading finance and operations
Comfortable in smaller environments where impact > hierarchy
Pragmatic, businessminded, and approachable leadership style
