About the Role
The Company is seeking a CFO / Business & Operations Leader to serve as the top financial and operational executive. This pivotal role is not limited to traditional finance but extends to being the cohesive force within the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for financial leadership, including reporting, forecasting, cash management, and controls, as well as operational leadership, overseeing back-office functions and business operations. A key aspect of the position is to be a strategic partner with ownership/partners, focusing on growth, efficiency, and risk, and to translate financial data into actionable business decisions. The role also requires a strong commitment to supporting a people-centric, professional services culture. The ideal profile for this role includes experience as a CFO, Head of Finance, or senior Controller within professional services, with a proven track record of leading finance and operations. The candidate should be comfortable in a smaller, more agile environment where their impact is felt more than the hierarchy, and possess a pragmatic, business-minded, and approachable leadership style. This is a unique opportunity to be a trusted advisor to the leadership, with a long-term impact on the business direction, in a high-autonomy, low-bureaucracy environment.
