About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join their team. The CFO will be responsible for the strategic management of the accounting and finance functions, including directing accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls. This role involves recommending and implementing improvements to ensure the integrity of the company's financial operations. The CFO will also collaborate with chief information officers on technology decisions, oversee financial systems implementations and upgrades, and manage relationships with investors and investment institutions. Additionally, the CFO will be tasked with identifying and managing business risks and insurance requirements, as well as leading and supervising accounting and finance staff. The ideal candidate for the CFO position at the company will have a Master’s degree, with a CPA and experience with Sage Intacct being a plus. A minimum of 5 years of C-Suite experience is required, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
