A small, established law firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join our team. We are looking for a dependable, organized, and detail-oriented professional who is comfortable handling litigation matters from inception through Trial

Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys with all phases of litigation
• Draft and prepare pleadings, correspondence, discovery demands and responses, subpoenas, and other legal documents
• Manage case files, calendars, deadlines, and court appearances
• Coordinate and schedule depositions, examinations, conferences, and meetings
• Communicate professionally with clients, courts, opposing counsel, experts, and other parties
• Assist with document production and discovery
• Prepare materials for depositions, motions, hearings, and trials
• E-file documents with state and federal courts
• Provide general administrative and litigation support as needed

Qualifications

• Prior litigation paralegal experience required
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines independently
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal/case-management software
• Familiarity with electronic court filing systems
• Professional, dependable, and able to work effectively in a small-firm environment
