Shop Mechanic
Green Light Lawn Care, Inc. is growing, and we're seeking a skilled Shop Mechanic to join our hardworking team. Unlike many companies in our industry, we proudly offer reliable year-round work without seasonal layoffs. If you're a hands-on problem solver who takes pride in keeping equipment running smoothly, we'd love to have you on board.
As a Shop Mechanic, you'll play a key role in maintaining and repairing our wide range of lawn care and snow equipment. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys mechanical work, troubleshooting, and supporting a busy, fast-paced operation.
- Performing maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on small engines, trucks, trailers, and heavy equipment
- Conducting regular inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure equipment readiness
- Managing shop organization, cleanliness, and parts inventory
- Welding, fabrication, and minor body or structural repairs
- Keeping accurate maintenance records and communicating equipment needs to management
- Ensuring all safety procedures are followed at all times
Salary: $18-$25/hr
