Shop Mechanic

Green Light Lawn Care, Inc. is growing, and we're seeking a skilled Shop Mechanic to join our hardworking team. Unlike many companies in our industry, we proudly offer reliable year-round work without seasonal layoffs. If you're a hands-on problem solver who takes pride in keeping equipment running smoothly, we'd love to have you on board.

As a Shop Mechanic, you'll play a key role in maintaining and repairing our wide range of lawn care and snow equipment. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys mechanical work, troubleshooting, and supporting a busy, fast-paced operation.

Performing maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on small engines, trucks, trailers, and heavy equipment
Conducting regular inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure equipment readiness
Managing shop organization, cleanliness, and parts inventory
Welding, fabrication, and minor body or structural repairs
Keeping accurate maintenance records and communicating equipment needs to management
Ensuring all safety procedures are followed at all times

Salary: $18-$25/hr
