What You’ll Do As a Shop Mechanic, you’ll play a key role in maintaining and repairing our wide range of lawn care and snow equipment. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys mechanical work, troubleshooting, and supporting a busy, fast‑paced operation. Responsibilities Performing maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on small engines, trucks, trailers, and heavy equipment Conducting regular inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure equipment readiness Managing shop organization, cleanliness, and parts inventory Welding, fabrication, and minor body or structural repairs Keeping accurate maintenance records and communicating equipment needs to management Ensuring all safety procedures are followed at all times Salary $24-35 Requirements Who We’re Looking For We’re looking for a dependable, mechanically inclined individual who takes ownership of their work and thrives in a team environment.
