Maintenance Manager

Our Lafayette location has been continuously running in Lafayette community since 1938. We are an Aluminum Extrusions plant for Aerospace, Automotive, Industrial and Defense facility. You have: (required)Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university in Engineering, business or a related field.10+ years minimum of maintenance experience with a strong technical backgroundExperience leading unionized maintenance organizations preferred.Strong knowledge of maintenance systems, reliability practices, CMMS utilization, and root cause analysis.Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced industrial environment.This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. §730, et seq.) and/or the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
