Project Manager

Role Description

SES Infrastructure Services LLC is expanding its workforce and is seeking a Project Manager! This position will manage projects from planning through completion, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in compliance with contract requirements.

• Coordinate subcontractors, clients, and project stakeholders to drive successful project execution.
• Plan and manage construction project schedules to ensure on-time completion.
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements, safety standards, quality expectations, and security protocols.
• Develop project cost estimates and support budget management.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strong organization and communication.
• Lead and document meetings with customers and subcontractors, resolving issues to keep projects on track.
• Provide effective leadership to maximize productivity and deliver successful project outcomes.

This is a remote position with some travel required. The salary range for this role is $110,000-$125,000 annually.

Qualifications

• Experience in Federal construction.
• Knowledge about every stage of the construction process from scope development to project closeout.
• Five (5+) years construction experience.
• 30 hour OSHA Construction Safety Training.
• Familiarity with the requirements of EM385-1 and OSHA, with experience in hazard identification and safety compliance.

• Obtain the appropriate clearance levels required for contract, if applicable.

Necessary Physical Requirements

• Ability to maneuver around work sites.
• See, hear, and verbally communicate with co-workers and clients.
• Maintain physical condition necessary for bending, stooping, sitting, walking, or standing for prolonged periods.
• Frequent opportunity to work outside for extended periods involving exposure to the elements.
• Routine lifting of up to 35 pounds.
• Proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
• Maintain a constant state of mental alertness.

Working Conditions

• Combination of office and outdoor site locations.
• Office setting includes exposure to computer screens and requires extensive use of a computer, keyboard, and mouse.
• Outdoor settings include walking, driving, and carrying supplies throughout all seasons.
• Exposure to heat and cold conditions, and potentially wildlife.
• Occasional exposure to fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, and loud noise.
