Available Shift:

• 1st Shift: 6:00am – 4:30pm

• Pay Rate: $16.50 - $17.50/hour (depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

• Battery Assembly: Precisely assemble battery components according to detailed specifications and quality standards, ensuring consistency and accuracy in every step.

• Quality Control: Perform thorough inspections of assembled batteries, promptly identifying and reporting any defects or issues to supervisors to maintain product excellence.

• Tool Operation: Safely operate hand tools and machinery, applying proper techniques to ensure efficiency and safety during the assembly process.

• Documentation: Keep accurate records of production counts, discrepancies, and other pertinent information to support quality and process improvements.

• Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and guidelines diligently to foster a secure working environment for yourself and colleagues.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in assembly or manufacturing is advantageous but not mandatory.

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions meticulously.

• Excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.

• Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Pay Details: $16.50 to $17.50 per hour
