Location: San Francisco, CA

The hourly rate for this position is expected to be between $140.00 $140.00 per hour, depending on geographic location, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

Employment Type: Temporary, approximately 6 months

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

Schedule: Onsite, 5 days per week

Job Summary:

• Own the quote-to-cash workflow for a high-volume enterprise sales segment, including building quotes in Salesforce CPQ and routing order forms and agreements through Ironclad and DocuSign
• Manage trial provisioning and resolve billing, pricing, and contract questions for customers and Account Executives
• Coordinate cross-functionally with Deal Desk, Legal, Finance, and Accounting on approvals, escalations, and compliance workflows
• Maintain CRM hygiene and document process workflows to improve deal cycle efficiency

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in sales operations, deal desk, order management, or sales support, preferably in SaaS or enterprise software
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ or similar quoting tools, and contract lifecycle management platforms such as Ironclad, Conga, or DocuSign CLM
• Proven ability to own high-volume transactional workflows without dropping balls
• Strong written communication skills, with the ability to explain contract mechanics and pricing models clearly
• Experience collaborating with legal, finance, and revenue operations teams on contract and billing workflows
• Familiarity with enterprise sales cycles, net terms, MSAs, order forms, and the quote-to-cash motion
• Comfort operating in fast-paced, async-first, Slack-heavy environments
• Adaptability in an environment where product, pricing, and process change frequently
