CARCHEX Pre Sales Phone Agents are a critical point of contact for our valued customers. These energetic team members engage with customers, ask qualifying questions and transfer the customer to a waiting Sales Representative. Responsibilities Have captivating conversations with consumers across the nation. Deliver a positive customer experience by speaking to interested customers with professionalism and enthusiasm, engaging them with our industry leading protection offerings. Confirm information provided by customers. Ensure interested customers are successfully transitioned to a sales representative. Compensation $17.50+ per hour PLUS weekly bonus (equivalent of $20.00 – $26.25 per hour). Annual performance/compensation reviews. Training and Time Off Paid training from day 1.
