Construction Marketing Proposal Specialist – AECOM Hunt Full‑time | State/Province: Arizona | Business Group: CM | Business Line: CM Construction Management | Work Location Model: Hybrid | Operating Group: CM | Primary Location: US – Phoenix, AZ – 7878 N 16th St | Compensation: USD 58,380.81 – USD 102,000 per year Responsibilities Assist with the creation and production of proposals, presentations, and other marketing material in response to formal and informal client solicitations (e.g., RFPs, RFQs) Write and edit content for websites, social media platforms, press releases, newsletters, memos, and general project and employee write‑ups along with other marketing and corporate communications materials as needed Support pitch preparation with the project team, including developing slide decks, prepping the team, and attending pitches as needed Perform a variety of copyediting and other writing‑related tasks Conduct assigned marketing and communications activities under the supervision of an experienced marketer or communications professional Support the creation of marketing plans for specific campaigns, identifying suitable channels and tactics Identify and capitalize on trends in the industry to create new content relevant to employees and clients Develop ideas for new content and execute on those ideas Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, English, Journalism, Creative Writing, or similar discipline At least 2 years of experience in marketing, copywriting, or a related field Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in the AEC industry Experience in the successful creation of RFQ/RFP submittals and supportive presentation materials Strong writing, editing, and project management skills Graphic design experience Experience with PowerPoint, Adobe, and Salesforce Meticulous attention to detail Interest or curiosity in the AEC industry Additional Information Sponsorship for US employment authorization is not available now or in the future for this position This position does not include relocation benefits Hybrid in‑office/remote (3 days office / 2 days remote per week) All newly hired employees are required to attend an in‑person Day 1 onboarding at an AECOM office location as a condition of employment As an Equal Opportunity Employer, we believe in your potential and are here to help you achieve it.
