Location: Remote / Major Financial Hubs
Type: Full-time
We are seeking Healthcare Investment Banking Analysts and Associates to support M&A, capital raises, and strategic advisory transactions within healthcare services, life sciences, and health tech.
ResponsibilitiesBuild financial models (DCF, comps, precedent transactions)
Prepare pitch decks, CIMs, and management presentations
Conduct industry and company diligence
Support deal execution and client communications
1–5+ years in investment banking, corporate finance, or transaction advisory
Strong financial modeling and valuation skills
Healthcare sector experience strongly preferred
Ability to work in fast-paced, deal-driven environments
Exposure to high-impact healthcare transactions
Career-defining deal experience
