Call Center Banking Specialist (Onsite) — Rio Rancho, NM

Pay: $27.00/hour (W2)
Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week (schedule will include  weekends and holidays )
Work Setting:   Onsite / In-office (no remote)

Position Overview

We’re hiring a  Call Center Banking Specialist to support customers by answering inquiries, identifying needs, and recommending appropriate banking products and solutions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, is comfortable learning new systems, and can balance service with sales conversations.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and deepen customer relationships by uncovering financial needs and recommending solutions
• Respond to customer questions/concerns and provide customized resolutions
• Assist with selling and fulfilling banking products (checking/savings accounts, credit cards, CDs, IRAs, loans)
• Make referrals to appropriate partners for specialized/licensed products
• Quote rates, terms, and program details when applicable
• Follow procedures and use available tools to manage risk and ensure compliant transactions

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED (or equivalent)
• Strong customer service mindset with a passion for improving customer experiences
• Comfortable asking probing questions, explaining options clearly, and handling objections
• Ability to work a flexible schedule that includes  weekends and holidays
• Comfortable receiving coaching/feedback and adapting to change
• Intermediate computer proficiency; able to learn new systems quickly
• Strong organization, decision-making, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Banking/financial services experience
• Call center experience
• Phone-based sales experience

Training

• Training begins  October 2026
• Training schedule is  Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM
